Yea probably. This event applies the same as other events and we have never had any troubles with names before. With Asian languages in computing, they all have a format of English letters and numbers, so there should be no problem with DBO reading our names. One thing i do know about the Asian keyboards and in DBO, is that English characters are sensed but letters with accents, Japanese characters (on Chinese keyboard/computing), etc... are not sensed. I'm assuming that's what they meant.

i check 2 of my lvl 10 char (One i create and reach lvl 10 before the event , and one i create and reach lvl 10 when event start) i reset skill both of them and no mail income

lol don't you worry guys, sure chinese can type our lettres, and lool i can bet 100 million in game that every member of this game Staff(GM Admins etc) speak english, and maybe more, they aren't dumb lol in every important work you have to talk international language (English)

Another detail,when I added the dude to my friends list(of course to check his level)he was level 33.

I got it for my level 10s and with English names. Received it in the mail, right clicked it, bam level 33! :D

I had to level 10s and 2 LVL 33 UPS were sent to my first level 10. I took both out of the mail, used one on one level 10, then sent the other to my 2nd level 10.
