I'm new to the game, and successfully downloaded the taiwanese client and made a character, but I want to try some of the other races/ classes too.

However I haven't been able to make a new character; it keeps giving a prompt once I hit the Create button.

Tried it with my current account and with new accounts on the same computer. Read somewhere you have to buy extra characters/ character slots. Don't know if that is true; and if it is true if its only one character per account without purchasing more, or if the client can tell you're using the same machine with different accounts (which would keep you from using more characters on different accounts).

I'm not sure the character limit is the problem either. Maybe its a name already in use or something...

Anyhow, any idea what the problem(s) is/ are?... and what I can do to make more characters?

If I do need to buy characters, can someone provide info about that?
