Well guys today a spoke with technical support of my ISP and told them about this problem ,and they told me its because the servers are far away from my location as CyberKing said (I get HIGH PING) , the guy from technical support suggested to me to upgrade my internet to (gamer pack) , they will just change my ip , it's like they will give me a private ip address that has better performence and to get low pings, it costs like 5$ a month , I didn't upgrade it yet but i think it could help other players to understand whats going on ;) ..
