A little bit of a correction here..

You simply have to login within the game to recieve the books, not the website.
And I could'nt be entirely sure about that, since I've only recently migrated to the TW version of the game. However, we did recieve our event items via the cash-gift tabs on the KR version.

finally servers should be back up soon hopefully.

Well that's horrible, seems that they've delayed the maintenance for another 5 hours.
