i need a good fighter class that most likely to succeed an for my second caracter should i make a turtle on or some kinda Namek one

Well if you want pvp you can go turtle or warrior as namek

well if you play TW version first char make Shadow knight (namek) as first char Bleed and huge LP rules
as for second char make turtle with good items you may hit over 9k with critical :)))

I agree, try using turtle.
