i have the Taiwanese version of the game,and i already have the english patch, and i know not everything is in english, but i've been wondering why almost all the chinese characters are upright rectangles
Click Control Panel> Go to Clock Language Regional and Click under it Change keyboard or other input methods>Go to administrative>Click change System Locale> and Change it to (Chinese, Traditional Taiwan) and bam there you go

which keyboard though? there are 9 choices under chinese (traditional, taiwan)
