i play taiwan version and after taking the item for the crate i took the quest from it and than i went to korin tower and he gave me the grow up quest,but in your guide there was long way to continune

Can Someone help me? I just got my guy to level 30 and apparently i didnt have to get the Red thing from crate i just got the age quest from the indian guy and now it gives me a 1/1 completed quest but no X Wth is this?

After i've received the weapon from Korin, it won't teleport me anywhere. I'm confused, i've followed the steps and defeated him. But not sure why it won't teleport me, only red taiwanese letters appear. Any ideas why?
