Also, figured out that every point of Focus gives something like 0,7 Spiritual Attack.(tested on Namek Warrior and Karma Majin, both got 0,7+- per point of Focus)

"Increases the chances of a blocking a NORMAL attack successfully"

I guess that's a pretty vague translation, but I'm pretty sure it's a whole different thing from being able to block stuns/KDs.

So like say, a normal damaging move like sword slash? or a normal auto attack?

not only that, focus increases your hit rate , your spiritual attack and your spiritual crit rate.The amount depends on the race.
