That's because you didn't read the guide. Step 6 clearly says that you cannot use a generated KSSN like you did in step 3 and that the KSSN you use has to be real. It goes on to explain any errors you may get when entering a KSSN on step 6.

Begging for accounts or anything dealing with accounts (such as KSSNs) is against the rules here and you will be banned if you choose to continue to do so.
