hi should i install the english patch again after i deleted the files: lang0.pak lang.pak,DBOCOM Language patcher.exe and readme.txt and ran DBO_CT_TW_Setup_20120531.exe??

Hey darkalu, you removed your download link. I just reinstalled DBO. I have the patch .23(last two numbers). Do I need to update to the newest one? If so, please send me a link.
