Follow these Steps
1. Un-install Dbo
2. Go to Program files and look for the DBO_CT_TW file
3. Delete the file
4. Go to recycle bin and permanently delete the file
5. Follow Dycfer Guide: http://dbocom.com/forum/showthread.php?t=26673
6. Back up your folder
7. Patch
