hi im currently researching taiwanese theres too many quest that cant be done because its not translated id like to help :) could i have access to the translation tool

when i type my username and password its in tw and when i chat its in tw plz what do i do

cit, every time i try running the patcher in admin mode, an error saying "The program can't start because MSVCP100.dll is missing from you computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."

Citrinate What would be some reasons that the english patch would work at firstthen not working all the sudden doesnt translate anything but it says it is patched? Has this ever happened what am i to do tried everything uninstalled and it still does the same thing when i reinstall says its Patched but then doesnt patch anything What is wrong here?
