I would like to help in the translations in any way I can. I would like to help on the quests. If an understanding of the language in needed though I am not sure how I could be of help. I did find a web page how ever where I can draw the symbols and get the translations, As an author I could then take the translations and put them into contexts that make sense to the English users. Then again your tool may be better then the webpage I found hehe.
