Well the people we have currently aren't inexperienced in coding they are inexperienced in server emulation, that doesn't mean that it's hard for them.

All above the age of 19, and I don't believe i'd need to go through each of their RL qualification nor my qualifications

For the en-devour to go live, that's all we need.

What do you define as young? or Inexperienced?

Well I managed to get a person who is experienced as hell in this shit. His team already builded Blade & Soul private server. So don't underestimate it, even 4 people can move things forward. There is no need for 20programmers. Maybe when project moves forward it will atrack more skilled and useful members.

I undestand your point, man. Hell I am pretty much sure I won't have time to play it, but knowing that DBO became something more than bug fest will be enough for me to be happy. And yeah.. kids hope to see server up till X-mass, posting useless threads.
And yes, Dumke is the soul of everything. He is like a Santa Claus of DBOPS, his dedication is more than admirable. But Swordy and Jak are also trust worthy people.
