There has already been a thread about this but it doesn't explain how to get your game back to English. So this is how i did it
Step 1: Go here
http://www.dbocom.com/forum/showthread.php?t=22799 and follow the instructions on the first post.
Mini Guide for the link above:
A) At the first link it has you download a patcher file named
"Patch_1.57.21_From_1.57.14". Just unzip that and put that folder right at the beginning of the DBO_CT_TW file in your program files.
B) Then open that folder and run the
simplepatcher.exe file as admin and patch.
C) The second link has you download a zip file for a new Lang and Lang0 file.
D) Just delete the old ones and replace with the new ones.
Note: (The comments from the thread above are misleading and have poor use of English. At no time do you ever use the old English patch just fyi. The Lang0 files are what effects the language now.)
Step 2: Go to this link
http://www2.zshare.ma/ytzo0tdh18qs and download another Lang0 file.
Step 3: Replace the old Lang0 file with the new Lang0 file.
Note:(Technically you could just use the Lang0 file from step 2 right from the beginning but this is how i did it)
Step 4: Run DBO with the DBO.exe file from the DBO file folder and you should be good
