力量上升 - Increased STR(increases physical attack) 1str=1attack
敏捷上升 - Increased DEX(increases dodge rate,physical attack,critital rate) 1dex=4.75dodge
耐力上升 - Increased CON(increases LP regen) 1con=85LP
運氣土升 - Increased ENG(increases EP regen) 1eng=45EP
精神力提升 - Increase SOL(increases energy attack) 1sol=1.375energy attack
集中力上升 - Increased FOC(increases hitrate) 1foc=10hitrate

note: dex and sol isn't accurate. if you want to know how to calculate it here's an example.

example you have 15dex/sol and it gives you 60 dodge rate/energy attack, to know how many points it gives per 1dex/sol 60/15=4 it means 1dex=4dodge rate/energy attack.

this guide is only for str=attack,dex=dodge rate,con=inc. LP,eng=inc. EP,sol=energy attack,foc=hitrate

On nameks this is different:

耐力上升 - Increased CON(increases LP regen) 1con=100LP

I don't know if there're more differences.

So I want CON and ENG items like scouter chips, ring, earrings and necklaces what is the best you have seen

Nameks get 95lp per 1 con as far as i've calculated. There might be bonuses for 5+con or so i am not sure.

Yeah as its been mentioned, the values aren't a fixed amount between the classes. I recall sampling CON values between my SK and UM a while back and ended up with different figures.

i see increasing sol passive and getting sol dragon buff for turtles, cause they have moves that can support/increase e atk, but is it really worth having/maxing sol buff/passive/skill on certain class like poko/DW/SK cause i really didnt see much of a difference on any off these classes but turtle?

SOL is kinda like STR , and FOC is kinda like DEX for spiritualists , so I would go for FOC (more hitrate , more energy attack, more energy critical rate)
