I figure this would be a great build.

You would either want attack speed Axe and gloves for PVE, because in most PVE situations the SK is most used as a speed tank.

and for PVP, you want focus gloves and focus axe or crit dmg on both.

I want to say you that the Pvp Build can be PvE as well the only thing you should change is the equipment, as dumke said speed tank is always requested, you shouldn't ruin your PvP build to add some useless skill... the skill for Sk in PvE are Bold Strike, Violent Slice, Deception to get aggro and sometimes Self Destruction Wave.
