In most MMOs, there are shortcuts that can be used to have the framerate pop up in small letters on the screen. Like Ctrl+R in World of Warcraft will have your framerate appear on the middle-bottom of you screen above the action bars. Does the same apply to this game, only with a different combo of keys?

Razor game booster is horrible. There's still torrents up of the original iobit gamebooster. The 3.5 beta would be the best one, I suggest you run a google search for the torrent.
