Is it possible for Mods to get infracted?
I would like to know if i reported a Mod for breaking the rules, being biased, or spam reporting post can he be infracted?
Does all rules apply to everyone or are Mods just invincible?
If they can't i think it should be implemented and take in effect. Everyone should be equal.

I think the rules do apply the same as they do for any of us who lurk within the forums. However, (don't quote me on this) I don't think moderators have the authority to infract another fellow moderator, pretty sure someone above them (at this moment being Citrinate) is able to actually move to such an action.
Like I previously said, don't quote me on this. Just used my prior knowledge to forum position and their limitations (as a mod on many other forums).

As of now mods can not be infracted, but this doesn't not mean we are invincible. When a mod does something out of line we handle it within moderator only forums. This is why it may seem like we do nothing, since the average member cannot see it.
Ultimately Cit decides finally judgement on what to do with a mod the same way he has final decision on any member infraction.
Now any member who has become a mod has proved they deserve the job at some point in time. So you can understand how we would want to resolve the issue rather then issue an infraction. This doesn't mean mods are invincible as I said or even immune to punishment. Mods have been temporary demoted before and restrictions have been placed on mods also.
It may not be viable to all members, but mods do not get away with anything they like.

Giving someone constructive criticism is not breaking the rules last time I checked. Anyway Jax answered your question, any further questions you may have regarding in terms of how this site is run and directed to the moderator staff can be privately messaged to Citrinate if you did not know.

I don't think i'm not the only one who feels this way. I am pretty sure alot of of members, most likely 90% of the members on this website would love to see a new change where everyone is equal even if you are a mod.
I have been infracted for "Be-litting" "calling people noobs" "off-topic" but, countless times Mods have done the same but, us "regular" members get banned and infracted.

Cit does check reports against us, he just doesn't infract us.

Do you believe it should be something that should be implemented?

Like I said, just because we aren't getting infracted doesn't mean we aren't having action taken against us. When there is a problem with a mod, I'm one of the first people to go and talk with Cit about it. Most of the time we come to a mutual agreement about it and it gets handled in its own way.

A mod should never do anything that would cause them to be banned. I can understand some slip ups made my mods and I'm sure that the community is fine with this seeing how much we do try to help the community.
I don't really agree with giving mods infractions because they should never have to get an infraction. We have had discussions with other mods in the past about their actions. If a mod does anything ever too bad, they will be stripped of their modship, this has happened before. Don't worry, if we see a mod doing something they shouldn't, we bring it up and make sure it doesn't happen again.
