Maybe, it's a possibility. Also, make you spend more than 13 SP on a build...

skills got reset in HK, maybe it will in TW too. (Fully reset)

That would be nice. I could put a fully pve build to quest easier. and just reset afterwards with some books

Skills got reseted cause of one classes ability to glitch the skills and use skills they no longer have. KR even got a skill reset.
