Hello
After all the morning I managed to solve the problem of the launcher and Play with the new update.
I managed to create a patcher from 1.57.21 and got the update patcher editing that I upgrade to the 1.57.23 and everything works fine.
What you have to do is this.
Download the file that I put below.

Now, you have to put the zip in the root folder of the BOD
C: \ Program Files (x86) \ DBO (64bit)
C: \ Program Files \ DBO (32bit)
Unzip the file so that you stay well:
C: \ Program Files (x86) \ DBO \ Patch_1.57.21_From_1.57.14
Now you go into the folder and execute the file Patch_1.57.21_From_1.57.14 SimplePatcher.exe, Patch and you give it to you hope.
Now download this file:

unzip it and replace the files in the folder DBO \ localize \ TAIWAN \ pack and remplace
So now you will have to run the file you have DBO.exe and already working, then now you only have to patch to your language and running.
Potential Problems
If you get this error:
It means that you have the folder Patch_1.57.21_From_1.57.14 by doubling or thereby:
C:\Program Files\DBO\Patch_1.57.21_From_1.57.14\Patch_1.57.21 _From_1.57.14 <--- in this way will give the error that
Gotta have it like this:
C:\Program Files\DBO\Patch_1.57.21_From_1.57.14\(files in here)
If you leave this window:
It means that you have already upgraded to the 1.57.23, Put files Lang,lang0 in the folder DBO\localize\taiwan\pack and execute the file DBO.EXE within the folder DBO.
If you get this error:
It means that you need to put the files I put Lang in the folder DBO\Localize\Taiwan\pack
Those who are after a while you close the game, I was wrong with the game running on sanboxie, I entered into the folder C: \ Sandbox \ (User Name) \ DefaultBox \ drive and I deleted the C, then I run the game with me to sanboxie and worked again perfectly.

Like you said its all fail about the english patch and one more thing we can just reainstal the game just to get it work fine.. but not with english patch...
now i have uset all my day with just to reainstal the game 2 times... like 1 to start over again and get those new lang.pak and lang0.pak from Seifer_dvd its dont let me get in on dbo buz of those file
2 i gonna find 1 new lang0.pak some get english patch work and not just to change with 2 others some dont let you get in to the game.. it may work on your pc but not on all other pc...
but with that Patch_1.57.21_From_1.57.14 is no use to when you can only just reainstal the game ...
so i can say its wast of download stuff when ppl can only reainstal the game...
