If I decide to buy zeny or something else in the pages there is out there, I have to have a payment account or can with one free?

if I have an account and improved, lose my characters?

Every time I go to the auction and see the purple and green stones so expensive kicks me in the gut.

To purchase from the WEB Shop or the Cash Shop, you need to have this full account. You will not lose your characters if you upgrade.
