The only problem about Korean DBO which will be resolved by the end of this year is the midnight restriction for accounts with kssn's not over 16 years of age. All accounts should be over 16 by January 1st 2014 so you should be fine. Korea gets the updates first also and it is the least inflated out of the three servers. Stuff that costs several hundred million Zenny costs maybe tens of millions on this server and that is the good stuff. I got a 26% Attack Speed Staff for my Poko and it cost me 45 million. (not bad). I have a feeling im rambling lawl.
