If you get a pop-up error message that isn't explicitly mentioned below: hit ctrl+c (doing this will copy all of the text in the pop-up box) and then paste the text into a translator.
Problems when Launching the Game
An error message appears when clicking on Game Start
After logging in and clicking on "Game Start" if you see this error message:
It means that the servers are down. The numbers #시 ~ #시 represent the period of time the servers will be down for in KST (Korean Standard Time). For the current time in Korea go
here.
The update button on the launcher is greyed out or the launcher has stopped working
Sometimes the launcher will freeze up and you'll need to restart it to get it to work again. If you see the following image in your launcher:
And the "Update" button is greyed out and cannot be clicked it can sometimes be solved by downloading
this file and moving it to your DBO installation folder (replacing the already existing file). Other times it can be solved by restarting the launcher or by waiting a few minutes.
The launcher is downloading very slowly or not at all
If the launcher is going very slowly first take note of the file size of the patch (if it's visible) and your current patch version (at the top right corner of the window).
If it's not too large then usually restarting the launcher will speed things up. If it is large then it's reasonable that the download should take a while. Restarting the launcher will not restart your download completely and it will pick up around where it left off.

If the current version is around 0.9, then you've downloaded a very out-of-date version of the game and it's recommended you re-download the version found here:

The game crashes after launching and displays a C++ debug error message
This sometimes happens after using the English patch when you're game has already been patched. Uninstall the patch by clicking on the following button in the launcher below, make sure you're using the latest version of the patch and reapply it.
You get a message saying that Dragon Ball Online is already running/Temp4566
To solve this: press ctrl+alt+delete, go to processes, look for "DBOLauncher.exe", select it, and hit "End Process".
UPDATEWIZARD_CANT_READ_URL Error Message
Try reloading the page/restarting your browser/restarting your computer and trying again.
A large file downloads after hitting Game Start when game is already installed
If you installed the game before May 21st then go

The download window should look something like this:
The file is not very large, it's just downloading very slowly. If you close out the window and click on "Game Start" again you'll pick up where you left off at a reasonable download speed. The speed may drop back down again meaning you'll have to repeat the process.
In-game Problems
Can't see LP/EP numbers and some text, some text may also appears as squares
This is a result of the Korean language support not being set up properly. Go
