The scouters at main start cities (KOkara, namek, majin) dont have bonus, so a new player character now, cant search balls (no kid char trick anymore to search balls, because you cant send by mail the green DB finder chip).
And what are the 4 bonus of the scouter? 1 search quest, 2 find dragonballs, 3 look armor... and 4?
Also how does gold card work for scouter? (Gold Card at wasabii items)
