An English Patch capable of translating 100% of the game is currently in the works, and the translation tool for the patch has been updated to include a lot of what will be translatable.

Anyone who has already been given access to view the translation tool should still have it. Those who doesn't have access, but would like to provide translations, can find more information here.

I've also created a Translators forum to further organize the efforts to translate the game. Any questions about providing translations should also be posted there.
