Sounds great, and good job guys. But I was more thinking in the direction of Critters, hostile npc's, quest mobs etc.

Names aren't always that important. Where the name has some sort of descriptive power (ex: Martial Arts Skill Master) then yeah it's useful to have a translation, but you don't really need to know that the monster you need to kill is named "Walnut Bean Saibaman".
In the case of a "Walnut Bean Siabaman", the name really only serves as a way to identify the monster through text. An accurate translation would be nice, but "Monster 1234" would work just as well.
The Language Patcher will have an optional setting to replace all untranslated names with identification #s. This would also include stuff like item and quest names.
