That was a joke.
In all seriousness I think classes should be removed, and just have skill and power levels. Skills not limited to one class but by what you can have your character learn. Having a character be pure melee or pure spirit fighter, or mix it up. Have a fighter use a sword, and the ability to use close range Kamehameha or Final Flash.
Having Wonder Majin able to use Candy Beam, or the healing abilities of a Mighty Majin, or a Mighty Majin able to use certain energy attacks, like the Human Extinction Attack.
Have leveling be done in the style of the DBZ, you fight which gives you exp like in any other MMO, but rather than you gain a level your power level goes up. As well as your skill with certain attacks, starting off weak you fight and train to grow stronger, you gain skill in the ability which makes it stronger, more accurate and hits harder. Example with Goku, when he first used Kamehameha it wasn't that impressive, sure it blew up a car, But then you get him at in the later Episodes of Dragon Ball Z, and Goku is firing Kamehamehas that could destroy a planet (not saying go that far.)
But yeah...

I agree! I totally love this scheme of leveling. It is much more natural. Just like the anime, or just like any of us in real life. The more you do something the better you get at it. Some are more naturally inclined to something than others. So, yhea, visiting schools and masters is the way life works towards learning new skills and abilities in real life and in the anime. So we can clearly see that the anime was modeled after real life schools.
If you enroll in aikido classes, you will see that your skills suck in the beginning. But after, as you progress your skills become refined and powerful. However, there are also ranks and belts.
That is to say that a character could be versed in several schools and had a rank in each of them. We can see this clearly when Goku is training with master Roshi. He progressed trough the school ranks (i guess) and as training got harder his skill got more refined which demanded other training. This happened until master Roshi said "I have nothing more to teach you. Travel the world, find new challengers and learn from masters" (or something like that).
So, then we see Goku traveling the world, and he found several masters during his travels. There was that martial arts master that had some heart problem. He learned from him. There was Korin, the cat, he learned from him, Kami, another master! Supreme-Kai, another master that Goku learned from. Etc and so on. This caused Goku to have a kind of mix martial arts which is only natural in everything you do.
Leveling system from Age of Wushu:
http://ageofwushu.wikia.com/wiki/Cultivation
Remember, it is considered that to be a master in a skill, you require 10.000 hours or practice, or 10 years. This is not to say that for a in game skill we should practice for that long but we can model the game after this natural occurrence.
I actually would love to see more of Age of Wushu in DBO. It was a big disapointment for me that DBO had very little of the culture and philosophy of dragon ball, mind/body connection, values, etc. Read about it in
http://thedaoofdragonball.com/books/
Instead DBO was just take quests blindly, and kill some mobs, then kills some more, and those ones there, and get some flowers or whatever. I think we can have more in it than just this.
Dragon ball can be perceived as a mean to transmit a philosophy. I'd like to see more of Dragon ball in DBO.
