Someone please make a good fighter build for PVP and this Attack Speed buffs. It would be great to PVP and be usefull in CC dungoen or in team things. And think if he was in KAIoken or in SSJ OMG O_O

What server was this on? i know they capped this on TW, i didnt have a high enough fighter to test on KR, and im not starting over again on HK.

he COULD have went ssj or Kaioken to go even faster i think. Normally it increases the speed even more. Im sure this guy already his the speed wall without ssj or KoK
