Here is my opinion on the subject. If you want to get a really easy account set up and just want to play the hell out of a game just for kicks, then I'd recommend going with TW. It's just super easy to download, and it's less headaches in the end. I get all these people making all these claims and giving all this over advice, but the only reason to have a Korean account is to see the new update before they actually come out on TW.
KR plays well, but you have to learn a little bit of Korean to get by in the game. I remember when I had to remember 100 Korean words just to pass by. That was a lot of work. In TW, it's mostly English and Spanish players. So you can get by with English, but Spanish is a plus. The reason so many people are leaving TW is because it's really easy to lvl up. They are getting bored ultra fast. I think I did one account in less than a week to lvl 60.
My recommendation is to get a TW account and really pace your self in your activities. Don't beat everything at once and don't play for more than 90 minutes to two hours a day. Choose your times to play wisely. Play during dragonball events, tournaments, and the occassional lvling up time. If you pace your self you should have fun. Secondly, you should play as all races on your first account to get a feel. The easiest accounts to play with are fighting type such as warrior names, fighter humans, and mighty majins. This helps you get used to the game play and the story.
Remember, do not play this game for more than 90 minute to 2 hours a day, or you will beat it way too fast and lose all the fun in playing the game. Another recommendation is to level up accounts so that you can have accounts to get quest items for your tournament characters. Tournaments are a fun way to stay active in the game.
