I wanted to try the time leap quest #3. I believe that is the one where you travel back to the 22nd World Number One tournament. Does anyone know what level you got it at? And more importantly, where do you get that quest? I was playing as a human and I haven't come across it yet. I've done the first 2 time leap though - the one where Goku lands and the one where Goku meets Chi chi. Any help is appreciated.
