idk if this is somewhere else in forums, but once you reach I believe its 41, you get a possibility for a dragon boss quest, a boss that appears in both mushroom rock maps. you complete the quest by killing 30 of the super majin enemies that spawn randomly after an enemy is killed. you can pick up silver dragon coins from these mobs but they drop about 1/4-1/2 the time. once you killed 30 majins, you go to a boss where lots of people are killing it (its damn near impossible with less than 20 people) and an npc spawns which is where you can exchange 250 silver coins for a title, or silver coins for gold coins and then gold coins for a title. the actual quest has a choice of 2 gold coins or an exp boost. gold titles are 30 silver coins, 20 silver coins=1 gold coin.

Yea you can except for budokai titles, those are gone once you take them off.
