well my luncher dowloaded the patch but when is installing it goes all the way to 100% tells me this ((DBOLauncher

Uninstalling & reinstalling just worked for me just now. Before when it kept crashing I was doing things in the background and surfing the web. This time I didn't use the pc at all & just let the patch go. Came back & all was patched. Now I can't
get my English patch to work like before...missing a base.pak file when I open the file.
After I got that problem i did this (Windows 7 x64)
~ delete the DBO_CT_TW folder / uninstall the game
~ restart your computer
~ re-install the game
~ turn off your anti-virus, firewall, windows defender.
~ right click the DB launcher icon, then click properties & click the compatibility tab, check run this program as administrator.
~ launch the game and let the launcher auto patch
after the launcher finish the patching. Don't use the English patch yet.
~ Start the game (If you successfully enter the log-in screen, close the game and apply the English patch).
Note: always uninstall your Language patch, if there is a game update.
