Okay, so i tried putting EVERYTHING into chinese (simplified, taiwan) and even changing my location to taiwan and im still getting "CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED", i reinstalled the whole game also and still no difference. Did you do any other settings at game besides fixing unicode?

EDIT: Also tried running as windows 7 and other compatability stuff and nothing works but i noticed i got another launcher icon at desktop which i did not get the other times i installed.

EDIT 2: So i got the game working after doing a reset without affecting my files and the system was set to taiwan at start.
