I get the ??? White box message crash when i enter CC Tower. I think its because of English patch cause i don't edit anything

It's a glitch in the game. I have heard taking off all your gear, and scouter will help decrease the chance of disconnecting.

It can happen at any time. It's best to do a trial run beforehand to test if anyone crashes.

It happens to everyone. As keredvin said, it is best to have everyone in party to remove gear and buffs before entering the dungeon, after everyone has successfully made it inside then put your gear on and buff up.
