I try to get on and when right after it loads all the Bandai and all that stuff, I hear the music, but the screen is just black and it stops working and it shows a message with "???????????" I have no idea what that means or the problem is, please help :c

Maybe your game is outdated try with authentication files button

Or just re-download the whole game. It's long but that error occurred to a friend of mine once before, with all the "??????????" as you say, and after having re-downloaded the game started correctly.
