i spent most of today figuring out everything with how to make the game work, and after finally getting everything working, i still cant log in when i am in the game. red text comes up, which makes me believe it has something to do with my account not being authorized, since im certain i entered my account info correctly.

the thing is that i dont know how to authorize my account, because the guide to the wasabii account creation/authorization doesnt include this part for the new wasabii site layout.

the url given at the end of the first guide doesnt go anywhere on the new site, so i dont know how to get there and authorize my account for DBO. today has been frustrating enough, can someone please help me?

i have the same exact problem. im sorry to say, but i have no idea what it means. ive been trying to translate what it means, but its a little hard. if anything ill try to see if the english patch can translate it.

i don't think it will translate it, i have the english patch and the text isn't english.

in any case, i made a new account, and tried again, and i got the same error. i don't know what else to do, i've just been checking this thread hoping someone else has a solution.

i have solved it. you need to right click the dbo launcher and select run as administrator
the only problem is that you will have to update all over again, from the launcher you originally got
when you get back to the login screen, you will get a notice and you have to scroll to the bottom and click the left button on the bottom. then you go and make a character! i might be wrong about this though, but it works for me now!
