hey cit i just want to ask why super kamehameha all the sudden became stronger than final flash because i think final flash is a stronger attack but in skills list its weaker except when at level 68
It will now show you what the current level requirement is for your build and will show how many points you've spent instead of how many points you have left.
This should should make creating non-max level builds significantly easier.
