i use Avg i looked it up and i know its form of software protection but has any one had this problem?

Yeah. I've seen it multiple times. I just ignore it. If you let avg remove those files, the game will never load. I did this once and had to reinstall.

I have the same issue... even killed AVG and it won't open...

Had the same problem with avg. You need to go into the resident shield and put the DBO.exe as an exeption.

I just downloaded the Taiwanese verson of the game last week. I was so happy when I finally got the game running, but then my AVG antivirus software went haywire and deleted some of my files. I found that the launcher, DBO.exe was missing, and another patch file that was supposed to be there, so I redownloaded them and put them with where they were supposed to be (under the program files in my C Drive). So I went ahead and adjusted the settings and made sure it wasnt blocking DBO.exe, or the client. Now I try to reload it, even as administrator, and it wont load up for nothing. What did I do wrong?
