I know pal, but the problem is, after i saved the Export List as the standard Noteblok thingy, it opens it as that format, with most of the text decrypted. I then open the file, and when i click Save as (to overwrite the file) i can only pick to save it as (something called Code-ing) -ANSI, Unicode, Unicode Big Endian and UTF-8, which all doesn't repair the decrypted text. Any way i can run services.msc using Run, so it opens as a tab like before i de-saved it?

I honestly don't know, but i guess it's not an option, as the Korean Version are basically two different versions of the game, cause it has two different developers, different game engine, not to mention that KR version is by far more updated than TW one. (It is in short terms two different games, though it is indeed the same, if that makes sence?)
But with your wise words, i can deffinetly see the shadyness of my version.
I will try if the resetting of IE configurations has made so i can atleast enter the game again.

So, can you see if i have way to many applications which i shouldn't have, even know i have re-installed my entire OS, and only installed the DBO game, and the drivers that belongs to my original Windows 7 64Bit CD?

If you can guide me through so i can post you the formal Export List, i will do i Asap!

You can open the services.msc again. Once in there re-export the list, during the export dialog is where you save the Comma formatting option. If Notepad is giving you encrypted text try using Wordpad. You don't need to convert the formatting with notepad or Wordpad. It's done through the services.msc Export Dialog.

I see what you man about the Korean version. The Taiwan version apparently is lacking some main time quests.

I actually couldn't, for some weird reason, but i searched my Local Discs, and found the services.msc file, hit the option button, and changed it back to the right format, and then saved it as in the picture you linked. Only problem now is, where should i post it, and would it be a problem that the text is in Danish? (i don't know how to change the language so it remains the actual file format, and not decrypted like before)

It lacks more than that. Your level cap is around 50 or something right? Our cap is 60, from the new patch updated at the 9th of August, amongst other things, like we got more dungeons, items, quests, zones, the dragonball event and so on.

I also found out where the Internet Option tab was, and resat the settings you mentioned, but sadly, without a positive result :/ I played with the options, gradually changing settings for ActiveX components, but still, i always get redirected to the ActiveX netmarble site, where i repidetly can install the software provided, yet to get a long nose in dissapointment :/
If you have any more things i could try, i would appreciate it dearly, as i do with all your efforts so far!

Edit: Finally something working out! After going to control panel -> Remove a program -> then deleted the activeX download control center, Netmarble (NM) -auto updater and NM game launcher, i went to the website, which asked to allow some application components, which i allowed, i could enter the DBO launcher for the first time today. Huraay!

Now, back to the lag / game freeze issue, hehe.

To Mystogan, did you find an actual solution? :-)

I'm glad you are back to launching the game.

As for the Export list just copy-paste in into a PM to me and that will be fine. What I'll do from there is see what services you have (default and 3rd parties). I'll give you a questionnaire completely tailored to what services you have. After completing the questionnaire I can give you a for sure answer on what services to enable, disable, and set to manual based on your PC and what you do with your PC.

If anybody else is interested in having a tailored services tweak guide just PM the export list to me.

I honestly can't figure out how to do it :-s
Can i get your e-mail, then i will post it as a link there, as i also can't translate the .cvs note into english, without altering the format.
