put a sp from quick attack to concentration, cd is important

Yo, I'm thinking about being a Speed Fighter and a Crit fighter. I bought 12% Speed gloves and 6% Speed Stick, and I use a 14% Critical damage stick when I'm not using Thunder. Only using Speed gear when using thunder.
