Its got good potential! I would consider adding more background to it though. What I do is put lots and lots of pics together and make it an epic background (Make sure the background isn't ugly though). Also the Prince of all Saiyans is a bit hard to read. What you should do is make the background match a big part of the character. For instance my Trunks sig is Blue because of his jean jacket. For Vegeta I would suggest Blue (father like son eh?). U can change the color of pics via ctrl+u. Also try to make the character your using blend with the background, more depth. Its good, but there are things you need to add to spice it up You can also add a border if ya want.
