ok first go to the download of the software which i'm sure u have already done
it should look like this

@nd go 2 search on the start button and on the search options click all files and documents
and copy and paste this in C:\Netmarble\DragonBall Online\pack and then go 2 were u put your lang0.pak and drag it in that dragon ball online pack but make sure there aren't 2 and it would look like this

Thats easy dude just download the english patch
go to Dragonball>pack place it there but be sure the make a backup of the Lang0 .pack
