Yeah I believe so. That's pretty much what I did. The downloader will download the installer, and then it will start to download.

I couldn't figure out how to do that myself, so I downloaded the game with the second option on the webpage. Click on the second Dbo logo and if that doesn't work for you, I don't know what will. It did for me. I never had to use that flashget thing.
