Why does it take about 2days-1week to download the DBO?

Sorry to bother, but I have a rather annoying one - I've downloaded the latest client, applied all the patches, clicked the small button on the right, applied the English language patch, but whenever I press "Start" - nothing seems to happen. Any tips?

btw i thought it was odd that there was a spoiler option on the visitor messages lol
