may i get some help please. every time i open the game put in my password and try to play it goes back to my desktop and shows this thing scanning with a lot of question marks, makes me report a bug, then says an existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host??? please help thank you

Citrinate i am having trouble with the adult quest it says i have a lvl one quest i completed but wont show me where to hand it in so i can do the lvl 30 part of it please help this has been driving me crazy trying to find it.
