I'm interested in hearing your thoughts on the best level cap and why it was the best.

Personally, I liked 60 cap the most, i was fully geared, i wasn't exactly one-hitable, dende's were not everywhere.

i was my own person.

55 cap was good...Didnt pvp much but it was good..most memorable was 60 cap...It was impossible to kill dendes and SKs in budokai tho..

lvl 60 cap , coz was more balanced pvp in all classes, fighter bleed, plasma cd higher buff, cheff -ep debuff op, etc...
and not excess of speed attack xD

60 lvl was good but for me the 55 lvl cap was the best. why? well.. most of the friends played then. it was fun too thou

Level 55 cap was the best without any competition, max crit is like 50% and we don't have massive dex

38 and 55 both awesome. But 55 was better mainly cause of transformations xD

no.. 38 was the first cap..after beta then came 50 1 month later came 55 and 3 months after 60

That only applies to TW, not Kr and HK.
