1. In your basic spiritualist build, I think you should put less points in your damage over time skills and into your buff skills, like the one that gives Energy Attack. That whole tree with the Energy Attack buff, EP recovery, Energy damaged received reduction and Hypnosis is far too important to not have any points in. You also don't really need to have the extra attack skills past level 30 (when you can reset your SP).

2. In your Turtle Hermit build, you don't need the second rod skill because of the fact that the movement speed slow from your Spiritualist tree, coupled with the 1 point in the first Rod skill you have in your Turtle Hermit tree, you'll basically slow your target down to a halt (which is also all that Rod skill is useful for, so you only need one point in it). Your passives on the far right side of the tree are far too important to ignore. All of that extra Energy Attack and Focus makes your burst damage that much more potent and that's what Turtle Hermit excels at.

I'd suggest this build : http://dbocom.com/tools/skill-calcul...1333104432030/

It gives the most Energy Attack and Focus, which is what Turtle Hermits absolutely need.

Turtle Hermit is a class that essentially stands back, away from the crowds, and nukes everything. It just drops bomb after bomb on its targets and annihilates everything in one blow. Between your two Kamehameha skills, you should be able to take down large hoards of creatures at once, no problem. This is why Energy Attack and Focus are absolutely vital. Energy Attack is necessary for the extra damage to ensure destruction and Focus is needed for accuracy. It's a bit embarrassing when you charge up a Giant Kamehameha for 3 seconds, only to have it miss everything.
