I were saving a set of weekend DB's to check out potentially new wishes for lvl 70, and sure enough, there are. It seems that they made you able to wish for the old lvl 60 Scramble items now, using the regular weekend dragon balls. That probably means that Scramble wishes got upgraded to lvl 70.

Nothing else was changed or added for lvl 70 content regular DB wishes.

Yeah, it seems to be all in vain unfortuantly. Still somewhat nice though, because the old wishes was lvl 50 items.
