Ok Tea, so you need to have TMQ7 Gear Legendary or Rare with this Status:

Jacket - Dex / Pants - Con / Boots - Dex.

General acessories you should have this:

Necklace - Success Rate / Earrings: Dex / Rings: Focus.

General weapons you should have this:

Gloves - Focus or Crit% & Hit rate / Pole - Crit% & Hit rate.

At Level 70 your char should be have this status:

Dodge :1800 and higher

Hit Rate : 1400 and higher

Dex : 280 and higher

Crit Rate : 70 and over

For ball effect you should have this:

Dogi: Con 10 or higher

Hat: Attack speed or Crit% 10% and higher

Halo: Dex 10 and higher

Backpack: 10 Strength and higher

Glasses/Mask: 10 focus and higher

Now about build PvP crit and speed.
